金剛砂耐磨地坪基礎要求　　
◇ 基層混凝土強度要求達到C25以上，水灰比控制在0.50以下，混凝土坍落差應控制在70-100mm，混凝土拌合物盡量減少離析并對泌水有所控制；　　　
◇ 為了確保混凝土拌合物有足夠流動性及利于施工，建議混凝土加適當外加劑。　　　
◇ 基層混凝土應參照優良混凝土的標準進行澆筑和振實，注意尺寸精確并減少浮漿產生。　　　
◇ 硬化劑表面最好同混凝土結構層同時施工，如須同找平層同時施工，建議找平層混凝土采用細石混凝土，厚度不低于50mm，并考慮配置伸縮鋼筋網。　　　
◇ 特別注意基層混凝土施工塊的邊角部位，保證該處混凝土振搗密實，并應采取額外加強處理。
