一、油浴式電加熱噴體：

   1、噴體溫度均勻，溫度穩(wěn)定，溫度波動(dòng)保證在≤0.1℃以內(nèi)（解決了由于加熱溫度不均勻造成的丸子大小頭、假合縫等問題）。

   2、由于溫度精度高可以降低膠片厚度0.1mm左右（節(jié)省明膠約10%左右）。

二、計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)調(diào)整注藥裝量

 1、自動(dòng)調(diào)整裝量，節(jié)約時(shí)間，節(jié)省原料。  

 2、裝量精度高，裝量精度為≤±1%，大大降低原料的損耗。

三、換向板、上下本體、左右墊條硬度達(dá)到HRC60-65.經(jīng)久耐用：適合用戶生產(chǎn)各種液體混懸中藥品種，大大的提高了使用壽命。 

四、模具鎖盤（三點(diǎn)鎖定）：鎖定后不跑線，同時(shí)兼有微調(diào)功能，操作非常簡(jiǎn)單。

五、微量潤滑系統(tǒng)：油量根據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)速自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)。（降低石蠟油耗，節(jié)約成本）

六、內(nèi)置冷風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，配備冷水機(jī)。

七、膠皮滾采用單獨(dú)變頻調(diào)速：生產(chǎn)時(shí)如果膠液質(zhì)量不好可通過膠皮滾調(diào)速來解決。

八、出丸區(qū)冷風(fēng)定型設(shè)計(jì)；避免拉網(wǎng)軸纏網(wǎng)膠，使膠囊成型更美觀 。

九、模具下丸部分采用特殊的斜斗，清洗非常方便。

十、供料泵與機(jī)頭采用外側(cè)傳動(dòng)，供料泵內(nèi)的潤滑油不會(huì)進(jìn)入機(jī)頭。（供料泵獨(dú)立密封）
