1、代理報檢委托書（正本）

2、2張空白A4紙（蓋有經營單位公章正本）

如買單報關，除報關委托書、合同、和裝箱單，還需增加：進口代理協議。

1、準備報關資料，是指貨物的提單，箱單，合同，invoice等報關資料
2、換單，是指把提單換成可以報關的提貨單，到時候要拿提貨單才可以報關。
3、報檢，報關公司安排
4、海關查驗，查貨，
5、報關，
6、海關出稅單
7、安排繳稅
8、海關放行
