  2）確定零配件的監管條件.
  3）確定零配件否屬于強制認zheng(3C認zheng).
  4）確定零配件的數量清單.
  5）確定該商品的有關備案商檢機關.
  6）把貨物發到香港。在香港中轉.
  7）準備相關資料向海關申報 報關--海關審價--出繳款書--交shui放行--按排中港拖車入境（或海運到國內港口）--海關查驗
