1、16MnDR是低溫壓力容器鋼板的一種。讀作：十六錳低容
16Mn—表示鋼板中碳含量大約在0.16%，D、R是“低”“容”拼音的個(gè)字母大寫，D-表示低溫，R-表示壓力容器。(通常，鋼中某種化學(xué)元素含量較高時(shí)需在材質(zhì)中標(biāo)明，比如1.6%的錳就寫做16Mn，16MnDR是用于—40度壓力容器用鋼板。
16MnDR交貨狀態(tài)：正火三級(jí)以上探傷
2、探傷檢查：
厚度大于20mm的鋼板，供方應(yīng)逐張作超聲波探傷檢查，厚度不大于20mm的，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)議，供方也可作超聲波探傷。
3、定軋厚度：
新鋼定軋厚度最厚為120mm，舞鋼為120mm，舞鋼超過120mm也可定軋，但是不保性能。
4、16MnDR執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：
4.1、鋼板尺寸，外形及允許偏差應(yīng)符合GB709的規(guī)定。
鋼板的包裝，標(biāo)志及質(zhì)量證明書應(yīng)符合GB247的有關(guān)規(guī)定。
4.2、質(zhì)量控制水平：鋼水純凈度高，雜質(zhì)含量極低，化學(xué)成分按照16MnDR最新執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB 3531-2014

1. 16MnDR is a kind of steel plate for cryogenic pressure vessels. Read: sixteen manganese low volume
16Mn - indicates that the carbon content in steel plate is about 0.16%, D and R are the first letter of "low" and "rong" pinyin, D- means low temperature, R- means pressure vessel. (usually, when the content of a certain chemical element in steel is high, the material should be marked in the material. For example, 1.6 percent manganese is written as 16Mn. 16MnDR is used for the steel plate of -- 40 degree pressure vessel.

2. Flaw detection:
For steel plate thickness greater than 20mm, the supplier shall perform ultrasonic inspection one by one. For steel plate thickness less than 20mm, the supplier may also perform ultrasonic inspection upon mutual agreement.
3. Fixed rolling thickness:
The thickness of new steel rolling is 120mm, wugang 120mm, wugang more than 120mm can also be rolling, but not guaranteed performance.
4. 16MnDR executive standard:
4.1 steel plate size, shape and allowable deviation shall comply with GB709.
The packing, marking and quality certificate of steel plate should comply with GB247.
4.2 quality control level: the purity of molten steel is high, the impurity content is extremely low, and the chemical composition is in accordance with 16MnDR latest executive standard GB 3531-2014
