Roll Shear Knives		We manufacture roll shear knives up to 600 mm (24.00 inches) in diameter for slitting and edge-trimming lines, using our special metallurgies:   - forged tool steels,  - high speed steels,  - high performance steels,  - special-metals as well as carbides.      Knives are available with ground, lapped or polished side faces.     Roll Shear Knives are manufactured to a thickness tolerance of ± 0.001 mm (± 0.000040 inch), and for special requirements knives with a thickness tolerance of ± 0.0005 mm (± 0.000020 inch) can be supplied.     Parallelism and flatness tolerances are within 0.002 mm (0.000080 inch).     These are all prerequisites for the best possible slitting results.
Spacers	Spacers	Using through-hardened alloy tool steel, our spacers are ground or lapped to the highest level of precision. Spacers are also available as a two-piece design protected by a special surface treatment, which offers protection against oxidation.Laser engraving technology provides "at-a-glance" confirmation of spacer's size for life of the tool and helps prevent any chance of tooling mix-up.
	Lightweight Spacers	The latest innovation is the lightweight spacer design, offering a weight reduction of up to 70 percent compared to a standard spacer. They are made from special steel or our special Neuenkamp-designed Polyamide allowing operator friendly and safer handling compared to heavy tooling and shaft-mounted equipment. Thickness tolerance is ± 0.001 mm (±0.000040 inch). Parallelism and flatness are within 0.002mm (0.000080 inch).

Bonded Stripper Rings		Our stripper rings are bonded with Rubber or Cast Polyurethane. They are suitable for high slitting speeds and offer a positive drive and no possibility of slipping while stripping the slit strip.   - with steel cores to maintain spacer thickness quality.  - coated with Rubber or Cast Polyurethane in different colors and Shore hardness      These Stripper Rings allow the achievement of high speed slitting.     In conjunction with good abrasion resistance they offer a highly effective stripping method. A special protective coating of the steel coreb can prevent rust formation.
Steel Stripper Rings		Steel Stripper Rings are accurate and highly effective. Made from hardened, tempered and wear resistant alloy tool steel with lapped or ground faces.     The rings are held in place against the strip by two pairs of adjustable roller bars. A special steel stripper ring design, with Cast Polyurethane bonded to the outer circumference can be provided for processing surface sensitive materials.
Separator Tooling		Separator Discs -/End Discs - made from through-hardened tool steel. - ground and polished according to the requirements of the slitting application. Separator Spacers - made from Polyamide for easier handling. - available in three colors. - special design for soft and/or sensitive material in Aluminium with Polyurethane coating.
Knife Quill Sets		For standard slit widths, increased precision and improved efficiency.      The built-in guide blades guarantee a perfect knife alignment and equally balanced clearances to produce consistent high precision tolerance strip widths, virtually burr free, over and over again.     Quill Sets reduce setup times as a result of easy and fast installation into the slitter head.
Knife Collar System		For fast strip width adjustments, we offer complete knife collars with upper and lower knife assemblies, including individual fine adjustment to set the required clearance.     Suitable in particular for processing wide strips as well as side trimming operations.
