? 說明：
S111 是連鑄的低碳鈷鉻鎢（司太立）合金堆焊焊絲，是鈷鉻鎢堆焊合金中碳及鎢含量最低，韌性最好的一種。因此能夠承受在冷熱條件下的沖擊，而且產生裂紋的可能性也小。堆焊層具有良好的耐蝕、耐熱、耐磨性能，在 650℃左右的高溫下，亦能保持這些特性。用硬質合金刀具易進行切削加工，金相組織為含鎢、鉻的鈷基固溶體（奧氏體）和固溶體與鉻鎢復合碳化物共晶。
? 用途：
要求在高溫工作時能保持良好的耐磨性及耐腐蝕性，例如堆焊高溫高壓閥門、熱剪切刀刃、熱鍛模等沖擊和加熱交錯地方，可具有良好的性能。

? 注意事項：
1. 用氧- 乙炔碳化焰進行堆焊，焰心與內焰的長度比應保持為1：3。
2. 焊接面的邊角部分一定要加工成圓角。并在清除母材表面的氧化物及油等污物后進行堆焊。
3. 應當根據母材的種類和工件大小，選擇適當的溫度進行預熱。
4. 堆焊時，母材只須加熱到呈“出汗”（潤濕）狀態，便可加入焊絲熔滴
