無刷無環(huán)起動(dòng)器把傳統(tǒng)的、繁瑣的、多觸點(diǎn)元件組成的起動(dòng)裝置去掉，采用無刷無環(huán)運(yùn)行，操作簡單，安裝拆卸方便，可大大減少維修費(fèi)用，其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是：去掉滑環(huán)、碳刷、刷盒、刷盒支架、短路環(huán)及二次回路系統(tǒng)中的頻敏變阻器、交流接觸器、時(shí)間繼電器等元件，并可保持電機(jī)原有的運(yùn)行特性。

無刷無環(huán)起動(dòng)器的工作原理是利用電動(dòng)機(jī)在起動(dòng)過程中，轉(zhuǎn)子電流頻率 fz 隨轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速升高而降低的關(guān)系 fz=f1×S，當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速由 0 上升到額定轉(zhuǎn)速 Ne 時(shí)，轉(zhuǎn)子電流頻率則從 50Hz 平滑地降至1~3Hz。起動(dòng)器阻抗 Zp=rp+jxp,其中鐵損 rp的大小與頻率的平方成正比，隨著 fz 的降低，rp也隨之下降，電抗 Xp=ωLP，同理，Xp 也減少。當(dāng)起動(dòng)結(jié)束后，sf1 很小，Zp 則降到很小甚至近似于零，因此電動(dòng)機(jī)在起動(dòng)時(shí)，既能限制起動(dòng)電流，也能提高功率因數(shù)和增大起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩，是一種理想的起動(dòng)裝置。

與WZR無刷自控電機(jī)軟起動(dòng)器方式一致。
此電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子出頭線有兩種：即50KW以上的電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子有6個(gè)出頭線（A-A、B-B、C-C），50KW以下的電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子只有3個(gè)出頭線，本公司生產(chǎn)的無刷無環(huán)起動(dòng)器也按功率大小，設(shè)有6個(gè)或3個(gè)接線柱。起動(dòng)器裝配完成后，將轉(zhuǎn)子的出線接在起動(dòng)器接線柱對(duì)應(yīng)位置（對(duì)于有六根出線的電動(dòng)機(jī)，應(yīng)將同一相的兩根導(dǎo)線，對(duì)稱地接在起動(dòng)器的兩個(gè)接線柱上）即可，具體接線如下圖所示。

There is 2 kind of out-head line of motor stator: 6 out-head line of more than 50KW motor stator(A-A、B-B、C-C). 3 out- head line of less than 50kw of stator. the starter also be designed 6-3 binding post according to power. after finishing the installation, pls connect the line to corresponding location of binding post.
