石英砂過濾器工作的機(jī)理主要是吸附作用,而篩除作用是次要的。由于濾床在反沖洗時(shí)是固定的,屬于固定孔隙過濾器,被吸附在濾層中的微小顆粒脫附比較困難,因此用反洗來恢復(fù)過濾性能的效果有限,使用一段時(shí)間后過濾性能會(huì)嚴(yán)重下降,往往需要更換濾料。這種過濾器一般應(yīng)用在對(duì)水質(zhì)要求相對(duì)不高的清水過濾。輕質(zhì)濾料過濾器油田使用的輕質(zhì)濾料空壓機(jī)配件過濾器主要是核桃殼過濾器,這種過濾器的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和過濾原理與石英砂過濾器相同,區(qū)別是作為濾料的核桃殼的密度較小,一般在1.2g/cm左右。
