出廠測試 

型式試驗(yàn)的目的是驗(yàn)證定型的配電箱的設(shè)計(jì)性能是否符合本企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

型式試驗(yàn)是新產(chǎn)品試制投產(chǎn)必須進(jìn)行的試驗(yàn)。只有當(dāng)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、制造工藝、使用原材料或零部件結(jié)構(gòu)有更改，可能影響配電箱防爆性能時，才需要重新進(jìn)行有關(guān)項(xiàng)目的型式試驗(yàn)。正常生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品每隔五年進(jìn)行一次。任一型式試驗(yàn)的試品，從出廠檢驗(yàn)合格的產(chǎn)品中，任意抽取2臺進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，2臺試品試驗(yàn)都合格，才能認(rèn)為型式試驗(yàn)合格。否則必須分析原因，采取技術(shù)措施甚至改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)、工藝等再重新進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，直到型式試驗(yàn)合格為止。

  型式試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目：

a) 所有出廠檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目；

b) 溫升試驗(yàn)、溫度試驗(yàn)；

c) 外殼和透明件沖擊試驗(yàn)；

d) 透明件耐熱試驗(yàn)及耐寒試驗(yàn)；

e) 彈性密封圈材料老化試驗(yàn)；

f) 電纜引入裝置夾緊試驗(yàn)；

g) 隔爆外殼耐壓試驗(yàn)；

h) 隔爆外殼內(nèi)部點(diǎn)燃的不傳爆試驗(yàn)；

i) 外殼防護(hù)能力試驗(yàn)；

j) 操作性能試驗(yàn)；

k) 漏電斷路器額定剩余動作電流，額定剩余不動作電流的最大分?jǐn)鄷r間試驗(yàn)；

l) 脫扣器動作特性試驗(yàn)；

m) 額定短路分?jǐn)嗄芰υ囼?yàn)。

安裝方法

1.安裝使用產(chǎn)品前應(yīng)檢查銘牌上的技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)與使用情況是否相符；

2.安裝及維修前必須切斷前級電源；

3.進(jìn)、出線電纜穿過橡膠密封圈，須用墊圈及壓緊螺母壓緊，保證密封及電纜不得松動；

4.密封圈在使用過程中出現(xiàn)腐蝕、脆裂、變形、發(fā)粘或硬度變化超過出廠時的20%應(yīng)及時向廠家進(jìn)行選購并更換，      以確保防爆性能可靠；

5.維護(hù)拆卸時注意隔爆面不得磕碰、劃傷、腐蝕，并定期涂204-1防銹油；

6.配電箱在使用過程中要定期檢查，以保證其良好運(yùn)行；

7.非專業(yè)人員嚴(yán)禁開蓋維修、檢查。
