世界最大雙驅(qū)式齒輪傳動(dòng)球磨機(jī)在中信重工成功試車
日前，世界最大雙驅(qū)式齒輪傳動(dòng)球磨機(jī)在中信重工成功試車并提前1個(gè)月交付用戶中國黃金集團(tuán)公司。
此次交付的Φ11×5.4米半自磨機(jī)和Φ7.9×13.6米球磨機(jī)是中信重工為中國黃金集團(tuán)烏山二期項(xiàng)目承制的，該項(xiàng)目是中國黃金集團(tuán)公司與內(nèi)蒙古呼倫貝爾市實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略合作的重點(diǎn)工程。
中信重工和中國黃金集團(tuán)公司的合作始于2007年烏努格吐山項(xiàng)目一期工程，中信重工承制了其中關(guān)鍵裝備——兩臺(tái)Φ8.8×4.8米半自磨機(jī)和兩臺(tái)Φ6.2×9.5米溢流型球磨機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)和制造任務(wù)。據(jù)中信重工董事長任沁新介紹，2007年6月18日，中國黃金集團(tuán)公司和中信重工正式結(jié)為長期戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴。目前，這4臺(tái)超大型磨機(jī)在內(nèi)蒙古烏努格吐山銅鉬礦已投產(chǎn)運(yùn)行，一組半自磨機(jī)和球磨機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)處理能力為625噸/組/小時(shí)，合1.5萬噸/組/天;而運(yùn)行中的實(shí)際處理能力達(dá)到745噸/組/小時(shí)，合1.78萬噸/組/天，超出計(jì)劃的20%左右。
在礦用磨機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)制造上，中信重工集選型、設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)制造、裝配、廠內(nèi)試車、現(xiàn)場安裝、成套供貨為一體，是目前全球唯一一個(gè)能夠?yàn)橛脩籼峁┤捉鉀Q方案的企業(yè)。中國機(jī)械工業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)副會(huì)長楊學(xué)桐表示，中信重工已經(jīng)具備年產(chǎn)超過200臺(tái)大中型磨機(jī)的裝備制造能力，可以向國內(nèi)外客戶提供直徑8—12.2米的大型自磨機(jī)、半自磨機(jī)，直徑4—7.9米的球磨機(jī)。
據(jù)悉，中信重工設(shè)計(jì)制造的具有完全自主產(chǎn)權(quán)的各類礦用磨機(jī)不僅遍布中國各地，并已出口澳大利亞、巴西、俄羅斯等20多個(gè)國家。
